What you'll actually receive
Commission is taken from the sale; the tax on our commission is our cost, never added to you.
Monthly and consultation fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Portfolio Pro requires a minimum 6-month commitment; Elite Brokerage is invitation only. Commission rates and any spend caps are confirmed in your listing agreement before you start. We do not operate a refund policy.
