How the maths works
- Commission is a percentage of the final sale price - your plan sets the rate.
- The tax on our commission (20%) is our cost - it's never added to you.
- Your payout = sale price − commission. That's the number that lands with you.
- Escrow protects the funds; the name transfers once payment clears.

Subscription plans
Portfolio & Elite plans carry a monthly fee (from £99/mo, 6-month minimum, non-refundable) in exchange for a lower 23% commission, premium placement and managed marketing.
